WELCOME TO NORTH CLACKAMAS SCHOOLS!

In North Clackamas, we prepare graduates who are inspired and empowered to strengthen the quality of life in our local and global communities.  

NCSD utilizes Online Registration for the electronic portion of enrolling new and returning students into the district. 

Please follow the link to the District Website that will provide you will all the necessary information to help register new students, re-register students, or verify existing students.

2024-2025 Registration/Enrollment

To complete your student's enrollment, please submit these forms to the email below:

• Complete the Student Health Questionnaire (all grades)
• Complete the Dental Screening Certification Form (Kindergarten and 1st Only)
• Complete the K-1 New Student Questionnaire (Grades K and 1st only)
• Provide Immunizations (Kindergarten, 1st Grade, New to the country)
• Complete Kindergarten Transportation Release (Only for Kindergarten)
